    Hello PEGym's members,

    My name is Flavio, 20, and I'm from Brazil.

    For a long time, I've been very disappointed about my penis' width and height. A woman never told me about my penile size. However, I've asking myself deep down and I found out that I'm very unhappy due to its measures. All of a sudden, while I was searching on the World Wide Web, I found pegym.com on google's results page.

    By the way, my nickname (BRADreamer) means Brazilian Dreamer, but I thought it was creative, once Brad is an american name, and it also shows a curious relation between us.

    I really apologize for any kind of grammar errors or spelling, so feel free to help me out! I'll do my best to make it understandable.

    I'd be glad if you were very supportive with me. Certainly, It would make me more motivated to keep reading articles and threads and trying to achieve my dream.

          The START HERE thread is the best way to start, read as much as you can, gain knowledge and focus more on the safety.

          Pick a manual beginner routine to condition yourself, most members here reported good result with the JP90

          Pay close attention to your PI's (Physiological Indicators), it will help you to determine if you're doing something wrong or right.

            Hey Flavio!

            Welcome to the Gym.

            Pick one of the beginner routines and continue with it fo 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slow, and build up to the full routine over a few weeks time, jelq with an erection level between 45% and 65% using a moderate grip, just enough to move blood up the shaft and to the glans. Grip your penis below the glans when stretching and do not pull too hard, just enough to feel tension on your shaft.

            Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones

            Don't forget to take good beginning measurements and photos so you have a solid base line to compare your future gains to

                    You will need 45 minutes to an hour untill you get use to the routine and then it will get faster.
