    hi, so I'd like to first give you my story and then ask for some assistance so that I can be on the right track.

    So yesterday I kinda lost my virginity. It was in the back seat of my car with my gf and I don't know if it was because i was nervous or because it was cramped, I could not stay hard. she had to finish me off with a handjob. and tonight i realized that my dick has gotten smaller over the years.           Welcome to the Gym.

          Pick one of the beginners routines and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slow, and build up to the full routine over a few weeks time. Jelq with an erection level between 45% and 65% using a moderate grip, just enough to move blood up the shaft and to the glans. .

          Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone.Aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

          Don't forget to take good beginning measurements and photos so you have a solid base line to compare your future gains to. It may take a year or more, but gaining one inch in length is a possibility if you remain dedicated.

            What does PI stand for? And I've been browsing the, "Success Forums," and realized that people are measuring their penises with units such as BPEL, MEG, and MSEG. What do all these mean? And thank you very much for the great information.

              I don't believe masturbating will make your dick smaller. Do the JP90 routine before you climax. If you stay away from porn you may perform better with a real woman. We've all had the whole soft penis problem while trying to have sex, that's just nerves. Don't worry about it, be confident!
