    Hi folks, I'm Mike and I have been lurking around for maybe a year. I finally decided to start the JP90 but I modded it a little:

    - During warm up and warm down I did Reverse Kegel to balance with the Kegel done in the training.
    - I was also massaging my balls during warm up and down.
    - After a month or so I added Flaccid Bend to the training.

    The 90th days was friday.

    My measurements were:
    BPEL - 7"
    BEG - 5.5"
    MES - 5"

    And now:
    BPEL - 7"
    BEG - 6"
    MES - 5.25"

    My erect lenght did not changed but I have seen a difference in my flaccid lenght (did not kept track of it.)
    Since it seems easier for me to gain girth I will focus on lenght for the moment.

    I will surely post my next result in 90 days :P I have hope!

            Hey Mike!

            Welcome to the Gym.

            If you have not already done so, I recommend you click on and read the Start button at top left of page Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

            Continue with your routine for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Remember to jelq with an erection level between 45% and 65% using a moderate grip, just enough to move blood up the shaft and to the glans. .

            Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone.Aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

            Don't forget to take good beginning measurements and photos so you have a solid base line to compare your future gains to
