  • Help me with girth

    Hey guys

    I am new to this forum, I started stretching and jelqing a few days ago.

    What I am really trying to focus on is my girth. I don't have a problem with length, as I am around 6.5 erect. Not exactly built for sword fighting but i'm fine with that length.

    However, my girth is only around 4.5. Thats what I want to fully focus on.

    I looked at the exercises for girth on this site and another, and they were reserved for advanced PE'ers only, so I need some good beginner advice for girth gains. What kind of path should I take to begin my journey? Are there any routines other than that few basic ones listed here?

    I would particularly like to hear from those of you who have gained 1.5 or more in girth since beginning, because my goal is to have 6 inches in girth. I know I am not in shape to lift 800 pounds with my cock, but i'm sure you guys have some other great advice for me.

    Dusty: Welcome to the Gym!

    For now, stick with the beginner's routine. You may be a girth gainer, as some men are. If after the initial 5 or 6 weeks, you aren't gaining girth, then slowly implement girth exercises. You don't want to do these too soon, as girth exercises by nature are fairly intense.

    Also, if you really don't want any length, then focus on jelqing at higher erection levels (roughly 80 percent erect). Also stick with only 5 minutes of stretching. Don't skip out on stretching all together, though, as light stretching often helps the tissues in your penis ready to expand outwards.

      I wouldn't be surprised in about 6-8wks of jelqing if your at 5" girth Dusty. I know I gained pretty quick when I first started.

        Welcome to the PE Gym. Going back to my starting days, my EG was 3.750". I was doing the Newbie routine for the first six weeks and I gained 0.250". Then I increased my exercises the next 7 months I had gained 1-1/2" in girth with some intense girth exercises. I still have the exercise chart that I made for the advanced exercises, if you want I'll send you a PM on it. But for now keep doing the beginners exercise routine.

            August 2006 Morning routine

            8:00 am Take a 15 minute hot shower.
            8:20 am Start 200-3 second wet jelq. Erection at 80-100%
            8:30 am Use a warming cloth on genital for 5 minutes.
            8:35 am Start 200-3 second dry jelq. Erection at 80-100%
            8:45 am 30 minutes for Stretching- A-stretch, side to side, straight out, straight down, finish with bundle stretch 360 degrees right then left
            9:15 am Start 100-3 second reverse wet jelq. Going from glan to the base of the penis.
            9:30 am Apply a cold cloth for 10 minutes to penis shaft and base of the penis.
            9:45 am Put on the What-A-Grip to wear for the day, this will keep you elongated all day.

            August 2006 Evening routine

            8:00 pm Use a warming cloth on genitals for 5-10 minutes
            8:10 pm Start with 200-3 second wet jelq. Erection at 80-100%
            8:30 pm 30 minutes for stretches. A-stretch, side to side, straight out, straight down, straight up, finish with bundle stretch 360 degree right and left.
            9:00 pm start with 200-3 second dry jelq. Erection 80-100%.
            9:20 pm Start 100-3second reverse wet jelq. Going from the glan to the base of the penis.
            9:45 pm Re warm penis shaft and base for 5 minutes.
            9:50 pm Put back on the What-A-Grip for the under wrap. Attach hanger for weights, use only the weights that you can handle for this session. I generally spend another 1/2 hour with the weights.

            This routine is basically an advanced exercise that I use.

                Dust,
                When you do reverse jelqs do you hold your head with your other hand to keep your penis from just bunching up for bending like a noodle or anything? I haven't found reverse jelqs to be very natural feeling.

                  From July of 2005 to September of 2006 I had gained 2-1/2" Erect Length and 2.00" in Erect Girth. Then I hit a plateau that lasted for a while, then I started to have some problem with my left hip, so I wasn't doing any hanging with heavy weights. Up to this point I was hanging 75 lbs from my hanger. I continued to do the Jelqing and stretching but no hanging, this is where I developed a system to be able to use my hanger with out the weight on it. At the end of October of 2006 I had to have a hip operation. At the end of December I started back up with the weights.

                    When doing the reverse jelqing you do hold the head of the penis with one hand and jelq with the other. If you are uncut make sure that the foreskin is over the head, then grip the head. No! doing the reverse isn't natural but in time you can get use to it.

                      Are doing reverse jelqs something I can do when I havent been PEing for a very long time? Also that sounds like a very high intensity compared to the beginners routines. How long should I wait before doing a routine like Dustpans?

                        HealthNfitn3ss,

                        Doing the reverse jelqing can be done after the first month. The only thing is that you should start out with 10-12 jelqing strokes. This is something that you have to get use to, so take your time with this reverse jelqing. The erect percentage has the be at 80-100%, so give it a try.

                          I tried about 2-3 of these today in my routine to see what it felt like, and with the lubricant I use for wet jelqs it was hard to hold it straight out without it bunching up. Also, do you start lower than you do on normal wet jelqs? The ones I tried felt way more stimulating than the average jelq.

                            You can start about 1 inch below the glan so you can have a better grip, okey.
