    can anyone give ther views from experience
    how is it with premature ejacutation?
    endurance?
    mild erectile dysfunction?
    i havent had sex in over a year so am bound to have pe, am using these exercises to get me ready.. will it help?

    Kegels have helped men with premature ejaculation. Jelqs, as far as I know, haven't. They both, however, make the penis harder (and help with erectile dysfunction).

      Remek is right. Kegel exercises help with premature ejaculation. But, I would also practice edging. When you masturbate try to get to the point of no return as many times as possible, but don't blow your load until at least 30 minutes have elapsed. You want to train your penis that the ejaculation process is not going to happen within the first 5 minutes of it getting hard. You can also look into getting a Fleshlight (google for more info).

      Jelqing will help increase the overall health of the penis, therefore, it is an exercise that should be at the core of all PE routines.

        quick4life that sounds like good info. Edging is another term for stop start technique that i just started doing. However I'm curious how many times a week should i practice edging? 30 minutes sounds good to me, at the moment I've been trying to hold at least ten times before ejaculating and timing it. And I've reached 20 mins, reaching the point ten times. But your idea sounds better. And I kegel all the time, for edging i kegal and it realy works.

        That fleshlight thing. That looks good but I'm to embarrased to get it in case someone sees it and I might get hooked on that. lol.

          An added note. I was practicing edging the other night and I had a very hard erection of the viagra kind and it stayed hard for 15 minutes till my edging was over. And then, a short time later I was ready to go again with the same hardness and again after that I was ready. WOW that was a PI, if ever. I just dont know what to attribute it to. I'm on my second month of pe, basic rountine, i take tribullus tessteris and I'm trying out these patches. Who knows.

            Slank: Those erections are what PE is about.

            30 minutes is a good time limit for edging. You might even be able to get by with less. The Multi-Orgasmic Man (a book) says that if you can edge for 20 minutes nonstop without ejaculating, then you should be able to last as long as you want.

              remek: thats cool. I think I'm going to buy that book. So month two of pe and things are looking good. May have had some gains, see my other thread on when does the penis stop growing, and edging for 20 minutes plus means I can go for as long as I want. Man all of the above have been stressing for a while. I just got to keep this up.

                Slank. Multi Orgasmic Man is a good book. In some parts it strays off topic a bit (goes into detail about Chi), but it's all relevant in a way.
