Have you seen this video before? It about lifting a stack of weights with your penis. This vedeo starts out with three men attaching weights to there penis and swinging them back and forth, then they stack about 300lbs and then one guy stands above the weight and lifts the stack with his penis.
Then it shows a bunch of men getting in the back of a truck and then this guy hooks a rope to his penis and then pulls the the truck with the men in it.

Try linking the video again. I've seen a video one time of a bunch of chinese men trying to pull a truck with their peinis, but I haven't seen the one you are referring to.

It takes about 3 weeks to train your penis to handle that kind of weight. Also I have noticed that the Corpora Cavernosa is alot harder then it has been, before this training routine.
Could you be a little more specific on how to train your penis for that kind of weight? 330.69 lbs is an awful lot of dick-tension.
Are you trying to get up to moving cars?
I'll say on thing though, penile exercising is definitely a good hardness booster. I notice my best hardness gains when using an ADS. How has your hardness been affected by this new routine?

Never just start out with weights the first thing. You need to stretch as much of your ligaments as possible. This I do with my hanger on and a peice of rope that is attached to the wall. I use my own body weight to stretch my penis as much as possible.
After the rope is attached to the hanger and the wall, back up to the point where your penis is SO and you are leaning backwards at a 4-5 degree angle and the only thing that holds you from falling backwards is your penis that is stretched SO from the wall.
You hold the stretch for 5- 2 minute sets, you also need to stretch the left and right side of your penis. After this exercise you take the rope off and start adding weights to the hanger. My starting weight is 30 lbs and adding at 5 lbs increament. Each time you add a new weight you let it hang for 2 minutes before adding more weight.
Right now I am hanging 50 lbs but my goal is for this month of July is 60 lbs.
The hardness has only efected me in my erection durring sex, meaning I have an erection that stays erect longer, which I think is great for intercourse
Great point on the pre-stretch before hanging. I think I am going to quote that (as Dustpan) in the hanging section of my book -- if that's okay with you.

About the hardness -- it truly is the best part, IMO, when it comes to PE. Sooo many women claim that penis size isn't everything, rather a penis that can sustain for a long time is what really makes a better lover. I thoroughly agree.

You can quote it in your book if want to. Stretching is the most important part of hanging of any weight that you use be it 10 lbs or 50 lbs. Also with lighter weights you might want to swing the weights between your legs for 5 minute just for a warm up. This will stretch the upper ligs and make them more receptive for length gains.
Yes, this is extreme weight that I have been working with for the last 4 months. It takes time and patients and to set yourself some goals each month. There is a science to lifting heavy weights. Training is not only for your penis, for this weight it takes your whole body from the waist down. This take in also your Quads in your lower leg and your upper theighs and also being able to thighten up your Abs.

Hey, you all, today is the second week that I have been working on my goal of 60 lbs of hanging. Well I have been training hard for this to come to be. My expectation has gone beyond my goal. I still have on more week for the training of extreme heavy weights, by then I'll know for sure.
On this training routine I included stretching Straight Up, 3 sets for 4 minutes by doing this stretch it takes in the parienum which is between the anus and the penis. I am using my own body weight which I think is better then using weight plates. I have tryed using my weight plates but they don't have the same feeling for stretching.
