Just give it more time. I had a nerve injury that took like 3 months to heal. If it is a grade 2 injury (axonotmesis) it can take up to six months. I highly doubt you actually severed your nerve...

Most people with pudendal nerve damage are in chronic pain. If anything, you may have damaged the dorsal nerve. Still sucks but trust me, it's a hell of a lot better than the pudendal, that nerve...

From 6.4 to 8.4
