DD, have you given UJ's a go yet? If so, what do you think of them and have they helped?

Im not doing anything special, im just following the 90 day jp beginner routine, the only thing i can think of is when im jelqing it's at a very low erection, the jelq doesnt turn me on so im at about 30% erect and i really give myself a very slow hard jelq, seems to be working and last night was probs my best workout yet, felt really good squeezing it slow and hard

DD, I would definitely suggest you try my UJ's ( https://www.pegym.com/forums/penis-e...e-jelq-uj.html ). This exercise has given me great gains in my CS, and it has made my glans much firmer then it used to be.
