Committing to my routine and supplements

Just did some research and bought some vitamins and supplements to aid in my PE and physical workout routines.
I'm 24 years old and just wanted to give it a go to see how it pans out. I don't have any problems getting hard, or anything like that. I just want to see what the potential benefits are of taking these supplements and what else I can gain from them.
I'm starting with 1 tablet a day for the first week then going to slowly up the dosage to the amount listed
A Routine That Seems to Work

I'm sure there are a lot of you like me out there: you want the gains, you draw up a routine, you figure out exactly what time of each day you can exercise and things are going great.
And then something happens. It's not intentional, it just happens. You stop. Maybe that 0.1 inch gain got you smelling yourself. Maybe you got lazy. Maybe life happened. But something happens and you stop PEing the way you envisioned yourself.

Just finished my third day straight of jelqs, A-Jelqs and V-Jelqs as part of my JP90. My dick feels plump and looks veiny. Can't wait for the end of January so I can start incorporating some stretches. I think next week, I'll push to 200 jelqs instead of 150, and do 60 A- and V-Jelqs, up from 150.
It's about to get really vicious up here. I'm trying to crack my goal, one jelq at a time.
Inconsistently Consistent

I've been doing my JP90 for about 2-3 weeks now, doing 3 on and 1 off. Sometimes that 1 off turns into 2 or 3, but I've been consistently getting back at it for almost a month, and it feels good.
My penis feels like it's getting thicker. I've introduced A-jelqs to my JP90 and my dick seems to be responding well to them. I'll measure my member after Thanksgiving. Maybe some of that mac and cheese fat will make its way down to my glans.

I've been on-and-off PE forever.
Today, I stick to a routine.
I'm going to JP90 the full 90 days, 2 days on, 1 day off. I started today, and it felt great.
My goal is 7.5 nbpel x 5 or more EG. After my 90 days is up, I plan on reaching out to mecoach for some pro advice.
I'm at about 5.4 nbpel, 6.5 bpel and 4.4 eg. It's game time.
