    Yeah, relaxing my body and PF is my main focus from breathing. I think incognito gave me articles about hans protocol and another one that I read about. For some reason standing up doesn't help me because it gets more tense/hard flacid. I do mine sitting down leaned back on my couch with a board board box in the middle of my legs to hold my infrared lamp up. I keep my legs close to the box as they can too. What about my circle stretches from the base? are they a good edition to try. I'm really patient and consistent every night, except sometimes ill fall asleep and ill wake up and do my shower then stretch. its disappointing to be such a slow gainer because i gain/lose depending on how my session went but I try to go in stretches with a neutral mind state and not think about anything to try make it a positive stretch session, should I start jelqing with almond oil as lube to help length? because I never do that since my main goal is a certain length before girth.

    Learning to relax during a stretch is important- especially in cases like yours. You should attempt to perform your stretches with your hips in line with your torso (standing or reclining) instead of seated. This will afford you the best range of motion.
