Btw, did you look at my flaccid pics? If you have the same type of scrotal webbing on the sides or bottom of your shaft as I did, mine is what yours should look like after a few months. You'll have a crease of skin on either side of your shaft that's folded back against your pelvis at the base of your cockshaft along the sides, but it sure beats the web of skin running alongside your shaft when erect. Mine would even get sore from sex when I went "balls deep" until I worked it back by doing these exercises. Hope this helps! Keep me informed of your progress.

If you need the ball stretcher info I can get you that, but it helps me most with my torsion issue. The stretcher will help though, if you carry your balls "high & tight". I've always had low hangers, but that's part of the reason I got hurt to begin with.

Hey, just as a follow-up, I reread your post again this am. To make sure we are talking about the same skin issue, you can go to my profile and look at my photos to see numerous flaccid shots of me. Notice my balls/scrotum hangs from alongside my dick shaft, kinda like you described yours in your OP. I think we're the same, but this might help you identify that for sure. Hope the suggested exercise helps you reduce or improve your hang as well.
