    yea thats the problem.. septum, cord, etc. its tough but u can get at least a 1/2” out of it from what ive seen.
    im doing manual fulcrums (stretching while bending over thumbs) and erect bends with lots of heat, infra red, hot rags, hot bath.
    some using ultrasound to heat.
    wanna heat/stretch for 20min then continue stretch 10 min with NO heat this seems key.
    the cord suks... big gainers and newbie quick gainers dont seem to have it dont even know what it is but it CAN be beat.
    i’ve gotten a solid 1/4” so far 6 weeks in.

    u mentioned “the curve” this is the problem. when u pull straight out flacid can u feel a tight cord like structure on the side of the curve running base to tip ?

    Hello there,

    Got your message. Don't give up just yet, I personally did not hit true fatigue until I was at pretty close the same weight, about 15 lbs.

    If your hitting it now keep on going and you should see something. Keep riding g the fatigue and don't measure for a month, you may be a tough gainer but as long as you stick with hanging it will work even if it takes more weight than most need.

    Here's my story.....started about may 2014 and did penimaster pro for about a year, gave up on that added some bathmate for a few months until about February /March. Gave up everything and started jp90s routine in April did it for about 2 and a half months documented daily and pi's were mostly neutral. Now currently, over the weekend i took a break and monday started hanging at 2.5 pounds for 3 sets of 20. Afraid to lose girth with hanging as my girth is at 5 1/4 inches but need to add length which is currently at 5.5 nbpel (also has a curve which i like but i think the curve takes away from the length ). Thank u for your help. It means a lot. If i can accomplish this, I would really be the happiest man in the world.

    I already did that with jp90 and logged all the reps and reactions. I kept a log and still no progression.

    You seem overwhelmed with frustration. This seems to be causing you to start and stop. So first I would say keep doing the JP90, but include in your log the exact reps of each excersize. Also include your reactions to the excersize.
    With a compression Hanger it is important to get the wrapping correct. Contact Bib before using the silicone wrap. Make sure you follow their directions to the letter. The second thing to discus with them is the adjustments on the device. Many have problems when the hanger is improperly adjusted. Get those two things perfect.
    Then only hang in sets of 15-20 minutes duration. You need to come out of the hanger and restore blood flow. Stretches, jelqs, and massage are important in between sets. When applying the hanger be sure you are flaccid. Do your jelqs at low erection levels. That way you will get conditioning benefit and length benefit. I would say lay off kegels and focus on reverse kegels. Like 25% kegels and 75% reverse.
