I think the longest Period of time in a row was about half a year. Gained .4 length and probably the same girth.(Using Soft/Silicone Cockrings with a Tourniquet to tighten the grip on a daily basis since 3 years now. I like the engorged feeling.)

Trying to lose some Weight since I could probably get another .4inches length (6feet - 205pounds, previously lost ~20 pounds, feeling much better already).
