Defrrol gave me slight relief but I now use Dapovar, Verectin and a all natural prostate supplement that for some reason I can't remember the name. I've been using this combo for over two months and my staying power has increased from maybe five minutes to a minimum of fifteen minutes. My average has to be twenty plus minutes now. I attribute some of this to kegels (reverse and regular) during sex but in my case there's no question that these pills helped. I also believe that kegels exercises helped a lot because I can somewhat control when I come without to many start and stops.

updaing my main thread now. Nothing conclusive yet, but time will tell.
