mine was 4.3/4 errect to start, now im a little over 5'' errect length. havent measured girth yet, but it looks a little wider. Thats only 4 months of doing it on and off and i was drinking shitloads of grog. This year though i will dedicate it to pe, good diet, gym and no fucken alcohol. it fucks up your testosteronre levels. Stay consistent and dont be a slack cunt. good luck.

Hey pal. What is your exact errect length at the moment? You need to do this 5 days a week; Warm up with a hot rice sock, do 2 mins of penile stretching, wet jelq for 15 mins ( find intruction video on this site), after that have a hot shower. Whack off twice a week maximum. Also on one of your days off hang a weight from your dick for an hour. Wrap a folded tissue around your shaft then wrap it tightly with electrical tape, then tape a shoe lace on top of the taped shaft, then tie a weight as mutch as you can handle to the end of the shoe lace. You will have to sstand up until an hour is up, or buy a hanging device. Hanging works for increasing flaccid length. i was small as well but now i have gained an inch from doing this. I wanna get to 7 inches errect by mid 2012.

Saw your first post. I just started PE at the start of January. Try making a log in the progress forum to track your progress - it helps you remember what you've done, what works/what doesn't, and keeps you motivated.

Did you pick a routine yet? JP's 90 day routine is a great one. Currently I'm doing an even more basic routine (one by Big Al) for 5 weeks and then going to move onto the 90 day one.
