Yeh I do those. Have a look at my progress log, page 70, I discuss them.

How do you do the erect ones? ive been doing some slight erect bends to counteract my super strong cord. Also been hanging with a fulcrum. Currently working on a custom sleeve for hanging that i hope will be extremely comfortable.

I do stretches that target the suspensory ligament mostly. I do erect stretches, but I do not suggest them as I don't know anyone else that does them.
