i would say dont add any more creatine to start, but if you feel like its lacking after 2 weeks or so of the program then up it a bit. try your supplements for a little while and play it by ear. everybodys body chemistry is different and responds to substances differently. while there are general rules of thumb, you need to customize by trial and error depending upon what works for you and your goals.
I hear you on the all in one. I was looking for the amount of each ingredient to compare to what I'm all ready taking and they give most of it different names so it's hard to do. You think the jacked will deleaver enough no2 and creatine or should I get a single types of those as well. Thanks for you time and help
jack3d is a solid supplement - read and follow the label. efa gold seems like a solid product, you have your omegas and bcaas, you seem pretty set. looks like you did your homework too, good stuff man. one easy recommendation i do have - vitamin C - 1g a day. i like emergenC because its tasty - but it also can double up your vitamins and minerals which can be a bad thing. it keeps you feeling super energetic.
hey man, that sounds like a pretty serious stack. seems like you have all your bases pretty well covered. when i'm taking loads and loads of supps, i usually take at least one day off a week - sometimes two if i'm taking enough. do three days on 1 day off - just to be sure you don't get any vitamin or mineral overloads. i've had mixed experiences with a lot of the products you've mentioned or ones like them. For instance - i was on TBomb2 - its like TestoRx - and i didn't have very good results. all-in-one kind of supplements tend to be overpriced and under dosed. if you arent getting the results you want, i would swap this out for zinc and mg or a cheap ZMA and get a high dose tribulus.
Yo rockstar, Just bought a round of supplements from bodybuilder.com I could beleave the price difference to max musel. What's your take on taking them everyday or do you cycle off 1-2 days a week when your not working out. My current stack is. Max tribustak 2xt Zma -these three I'm replacing with TestoRx as soon they run out Efa gold Max nitro Max kre-alkalyn - these two are to be replaced with Jack3d Amino energy by OM And of course whey protein isolate And Carbo Max I was also using a liquid Multi-vitamin but as that ran out I'm now taking Opti-men by on.
