    Who here has tried pine pollen? What effects have you noticed from it? Does it improve erection strength and morning wood? How much do you take? How often? What brand? Pills, powder Or extract?

    I have heard a lot of good things about this but wanted to hear honest first hand accounts. Thanks!

    Hi have just joined up saw your post and thought I would let you know my experiences with pine pollen.
    I tried a herbal tincture that I put under my tongue for a while then swallowed it.
    Firstly I notices a warming through me but other than that nothing else really until the middle of the night.
    To say I had wood was an understatement. It did subside but reappeared upon waking.
    I am 51 fairly fit and have done PE for about 12 months on and off and my EQ has never been higher.
    Just thinking about sex can bring it on and I am sure my wife noticed as she commented after a little play that she was a little sore in a good way.
    However I had to get it in pill form once the liquid ran out and the effects are not as pronounced at first but they do come back just a little slower.
    I have just ordered some powder and will let you know how that goes.
    I also take cordyceps and stinging nettle root tablets and this has been the best combo I have ever taken.
    This is all the pills I take.
    I travel with work a lot so could not take for a week but once I started again it came back.
    Sure some on here will doubt it but I have learnt to research what I take they say you get wiser as you get older.
    I do PE exercises as well so I am hopefully on the right track.
    Just my experience I know it works so my advice is research it thoroughly and give it a go.

    Thanks and welcome to the gym! Your account is exactly what I had heard it would do. I was contemplating between the drops or the powder. Sounds like the drops are potent. What size bottle did you get and how long did it last you?

    The liquid is the way to go if you can get it for me 100ml lasted a week taking 5 small drops on a spoon.
    Apparently the liquid is better absorbed whereas pills etc are subdued a little in the stomach.
    A supplier in the US suggested a mega dose of powder like 3 tablespoons this apparently really gives the morning wood a boost.
    But living where I do there is only one supplier of liquid so I am waiting for my powder to arrive from Australia.
    It should be here tomorrow.
    Also you should read about the benefits of nettle root with pine pollen it is quite interesting.

    Hi,

    I take 1ml in the morning and 1ml before bed time.

    My energy level is way better then before. I feel better. I can lift heavier in the gym and run longer.

    So, Pine Pollen is the only thing I have ever tried that really had an effect on me. 100 ml in a week is way to much because it can fuck up your hormone balance. Pine Pollen can raise your testosterone level. But too much Pine Pollen can shut down your own production of testosterone. Too much Pine Pollen can also turn into estrogen, something no men need!

    PS: I also take the following supplements: Multivitamin / Omega 3 / Vitamin D3 / Vitamin B (all kinds)

    I have been taking PP in pill form. The company suggest 4 caps a day...I take 2 caps to save.

    Some days my morning steel is hit or miss (which may be due to emotional issues and/or lack of sleep). The company I use is Raw Mountain Foods which I found on Ebay and they are the most affordable I found yet.

    If you want a higher testosterone level you need to use the tincture. Youtube shows you how you can do it yourself to save money. You need Pine and Vodka
