Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I did a little expirement with myself to determine what helps load size.
I found out that holding off for at least 15 days allowed me to shoot 8 ropes and 4 dribbles. I was able to completely cover my home girls face, all without edging. If I edged for a longer time and had my balls played with, I can shoot more.
I also supplement with Lecithin and Pygeum. The increase in cum load was apparent :
3 ropes/3-5days abstinent
5 ropes/7-10days abstinent
8 ropes/15days abstinent
Not including small ropes/dribbles
I haven't tested what it would be like if I edged before blowing my load or going past 15 days. It felt good to stay abstinent for 15 days though, so I could go longer. These are just my notes.
