Just like the question asks, whenever you get famished or hungry does your dick hurt? What does this mean? Am I on the path to recovery, knowing that my weakest parts the penile lesion, get weaker when I'm hungry? Thank you.

Never experienced that.
However, pain does radiate. If you have pain elsewhere, but that is close to the dick, it may feel like the pain is in the penis.
