  • AM and PM

I used to take a large cocktail of vitamins with my first meal of the day. Lately I've been having a hard time taking them. I always used food to push them down. I also have been having upset stomach about thirty minutes later.

My question is what are AM vitamins and PM vitamins, if there is such a thing?

This is purely based on my opinion.

AM vitamins would be 1.) ones best taken on an empty stomach, 2.) vitamins that contain energy/metabolism boosting properties.

PM vitamins would be those that have ingredients like magnesium that help benefit better sleep, relaxation, etc.

Keep them in your pocket and take them over the course of the day. You know one every hour or so.

I find the use of a water bottle, very helpful in 'washing them down'.

        The magic is:
        1. put handful of capsules, pills, tablets, etc in mouth.
        2. tilt head back
        3. put water bottle to lips.
        4. take 3 - 4 swigs to send the little fellas on their way to the pit of doom..
        5. Belch, loudly. <optional>

Not enough waking hours to cover all the pills I need to take.
