Vegan diet COULD reduce! Key word; could!

A vegan diet could reduce the chance of prostate cancer risk... while increasing the risk of a whole host of other health problems. I have some chicken in the fridge that'll put an end to all of that.
Dear Lord, Thank you for the two large breasts I have waiting there for me.
And if this kills me quicker, then its delicious flavour must be your way of telling me, "Come to me, my son.""Know the rules well, so that you may properly break them" - The Dalai Lama

Hey. Someone recently told me that I'm always right, which means that you're wrong. I'm not sure what you're wrong about exactly, I just wanted to say so.
I used to be vegan and spent 2 years as one, then I spent more years being vegetarian. I can't say don't be vegan. There's a lot of benefit to taking a chunk of time and figuring out how to stay healthy without meat. It shocks your brain and thinking system into "What IS health?" type of thinking, which sets up good habits and patterns.
Then, later, re-incorporate meat.
Why do that?
Well, look - A LOT of people are saying more vegetables are good. There's a growing percentage of readings that say something along the lines of, "Person walks in sick, they change their diet to incorporate dramatic increases of plant-based nutrition, then the person walks out energized, systems stabilized."
To ignore that is stupid.
But on the flip side, a lot of people that write this deal almost exclusively with pathology. They're surrounded by the sick. So, maybe an already healthy human won't need to go to such an extreme for any great length of time, although I think there's psychological benefit from it.
Our bodies have been designed as omnivores. Enjoy some meat.
But hey, fun fact: back in the 70s, one paper came out saying that the average meat consumption was 200 pounds of meat per person per year.
I'd bet that it's gone up since then, with the introduction of GMOs, improved factory farm production, deforestation, etc, which has allowed more people to eat meats... such as bacon."Know the rules well, so that you may properly break them" - The Dalai Lama

I agree most vegans i meet with are sick. Im more likely to meet a heathy meat eater than a healthy vegan. But imo that is because most vegans dont know how to eat vegan correctly. Its not just about not eating meat, its about giving the body live nutrients. There is A LOT of tiny things that will began to matter alot. Sunlight is a big example. Meat, eggs, milk and fish. Things things contain a type of vitamin d. Which the sun gives off. Being plant based eaters we need alot of sunlight to balance in the nutrients we eat.
Most people who become vegan have lived their whole lliveseating dead animals and their bodies have become so use to that energy source. To become vegan would be a massive shock to their bodies. Some people just cant do it. They cant handle the detox, they have been eating flesh for far too long to attempt to go back and restart on plant based life. After a few years of veganism maybe all the nutrients from the dead animals has left the body and the nutrients you are getting from plants arent enough to support your lifestlye, more than likely you may not be getting the nutrients you need especially if u dont get alot of sunlight on the regular.
And if u live in cities then most of "vegan" food is shipped to you, which causes it to lose life, its not as "fresh". It doesnt have a strong smell to it as it should. And as it sits in the store it is constantly being sprayed with chlorine filled water to kill bacteria which also kills the healthy "b12 vitamins" in your stomach when u eat them.
There is alot that comes with complete plant based eating that im sure not too many people realize. Ive only touched on a few things.
I myself live in a hot, tropical, wet climate with plenty of fruit trees growing naturally everywhere almost year around. I eat raw and fresh, my food doesnt usually come from stores. Especially name brand stores. Im working in the sun hours every other day, and sleeping in it on my off days. I remember when i was "vegan" eating foods from Walmart, Kroger and whole foods and i never felt as i do now tho i did feel good. Now im mainly fruitarian getting my foods fresh from the source and it is much different.Growing. Growing. Growing. Grown. Repeat.
