is it possible to have this condition if it starts from the pubic area (base of shaft) and runs long the shaft torward the glans? i have one that looks like a superficial dorsal vein and another thats very much like a hard wire but it only shows up when i get an erection and the wider one that is visible when flaccid only becomes like a wire when im erect otherwise its kinda wider and soft when im flaccid although after an erection it stays a bit pronounced and i can run my fingers a long it.
here are some pics btw https://www.pegym.com/forums/members...ph-vessel.html

please look at my pictures, i havent been doing ANY PE at all. this came out of no where and I noticed it for the first time a day ago when I woke up with an erection after a wet dream. I had to hard veins/vessels that are like guitar strings almost. the pics you see in my album show what it looks like while im flaccid. note there appears to be only one vein/vessel and its not constantly palpable but it definitely stays that way after an erection. i just want to know if thats a superficial dorsal vein or not...if its not then i suppose that suggest its a lymph vessel which is more of a relief but i cannot tell if its a SDV...ALSO the one on the left only appears when I'm erect both are quite hard when I have an erection, this is DEFINITELY not normal! im seeing my GP tomorrow and going to demand I see a urologist because i know what most doctors are like and they always insist its either normal or in your head which is complete BS!

Just back on the forum after years away. Every time I’ve had this, I was able to milk the lymph back out by carefully doing reverse jelqs from the glans back toward the base. Warm baths or compressed help. It might take time - the last time took me a month and I stopped PE at that time, and have never resumed. But you can indeed solve it on your own without a doctor. At least I could. Good luck to anyone who experiences this.

One week ago I was doing my s2s stretches s and i think i used more pull downward and got pain on the right side of the unit. I did warm down and later i felt tenderness on the right side of the unit where it meets the pubis. I stopped PE for the next 4 days and my pain reduced. On touching i can feel a hard string which in the groin right upper part where the shaft attached to body .... On further checking i can trace the same hard string or wire on lower side of the base of the shaft ( which is continuous from the hard string i mentioned on the right upper junction). Now my doubt is that this hardened continuous string is thrombosed vein. I remember I got little swelling on the same part on my injury day with pain.
Now I returned to PE and there is no active pain but i can feel a tension on the right side while stretching especially to left side. What to do with this? Please advise.
Thanks

I too have this injury currently. I've well and truly fucked up my penis and pelvis tbh.
So I'm thinking light jelqs and regular exercise should clear this up within 4 weeks or so?

Hi,
You said you always was able to reverse jelq it back to normal, how erect do you do that ? Do you use the same Intensity/Warm-Up/Erection Percentage as you do you're normal jelqs ?

I have this problem too guys. I have 3 hard strings running along the shaft up towards my heart I can't make out where it stops but it feels like hard fibarous strings that can't be moved. I don't think it's veins.
