After you have practiced PE for a while and have experience at least some success, you may find this is a lifestyle not an exercise. I think diet and supplements can help and be part of a healthy PE lifestyle. I'm gona put down ideas of what I'm gona buy at the vitamin store next time I visit, you can do the same if you care.

green tea: for caffeine, antioxidant, and just something to drink all day

horny goat weed tea: for blood flow, to drink before bed or before exercise

bottle of mineral water: to drink

folic acid droplets: I gotta try this stuff again, maybe liquid would have more kick

L- citruline: I have read this is more effective than L- arginine, I could go for a new daily tablet
