No Fap - why people do it?

I just found out there is this thing No-Fap. People who do this actually do not masturbate at all, do not have orgasms at all. I wonder what are the benefits of it? Isn´t having an orgasm normal? Of course it is best to do it naturally during sex but if you have no woman at the moment than isn´t it okey to do it by yourself? I mean if you don´t use your sexual organs for a long period of time I honestly think it can cause some problems, but that is just my opinion.
Many of the people who do this came from porn addiction so I understand they do not want to go back to their opold habits but do you think not having an orgasm at all is good?
What is your opinion on this whole "no fap challenge" ?

I am currently doing NoFap.
Im with my gf for 1 1/2 years now and always had problems orgasming during sex or from bj. I got very depressed by this as we were sometimes fucking for 1-2hours straight and i was nowhere near orgasm. I was wondering and started to think that her pussy was just too loose. To describe it best it was random if i would cum or not like 1-3 out of 10 times we had sex, and even when i did manage to cum it didn't felt as good as fapping.

For the last 90 Days i am doing NoFap and things changed drastically. I orgasm every time and sex feels like it should feel. I literally went from i can't feel anything putting it in to my gawd I'm gonna cum in 10 seconds. Also bj`s now don't take 20mins anymore. And I'm now full of sexual energy and get hard from seeing her boobs which is a great feeling and makes her feel incredibly good too about herself.

I don't know if i could do NoFap if i were single but in a Relationship with frequent sex i would never ever in my life go back to fapping and watching porn and i advise everyone to do the same. It makes sex feel and be the way you always thought as virging how it must feel. It took me personally from sex is great to sex is the best thing i ever experienced.
To describe it best even if you weren't where i started it makes you go from being about sex and porn and fapping to being only about your partner and getting so excited about kissing, touching, having sex etc.

edit: also my erections got harder and bigger and i feel a lot more;
went from 16,5 cm erection to up to 17,5cm or close to 18cm on some days which boosted my ego a lot and made me have better sex too

This is why I haven't been jacking with porn since 2012.
-> EQ was awful
-> errection problems(Errection couldn't last 5 minutes) -> Now up to 20 mins.
-> Waste of Time
-> No Interest in real life women because I had my brazzers account.
-> Sex and masturbating was boring
-> My Penis has begun to shrink.(No Joke - Grower Penis)
-> Very weak stamina.
This list goes on and on.

If I want to masturbate , I don't need it. Even I haven't a girlfriend.

I stopped counting days because i feel like it makes it similar to I'm 15 days into dieting now. For me its my new lifestyle and since i stopped thinking about days i started forgetting about PMO. The counter just reminds me of the "last time" i don't want to be reminded of that time.

Long periods of abstinence can be beneficial to certain mental and spiritual goals. If one is doing it to improve sexual functioning it should be limited in scope.

My Pastor went with Nofap for 4 years before he got married. How , IDK 😲😲... I personally see much benefits of Edging without Ejaculation , but being sexually active is a must with that way also.

It's still important to take breaks from PE but do all the love making you want with your Woman.

No fap is bullshit.

It was created by a college student who wanted to stop masturbating to porn, and introduced to reddit at a time when internet challenges were popular.

Old guy whose married, may have started watching porn later in his life and does it occasionally.
20 year old, single, grew up with porn and has been using that all through his teenage years multiple times a day.

Nofap will benefit the second individual more than the first. It depends on the severity. Most individuals on YBOP find that abstaining from both porn and fapping sped up their process more than just quitting porn. Two week reboot didn't do much for me because I was that second scenario. Most of the guys on here are older, and sexually active, they don't realize how severe some people's porn addictions are.

Yeah. Its pretty bad. One of the complaints from younger women in the dating scene is the ED level among guys is super high. Makes guys who can get it up a hot commodity.

Several months - a year IMO, I saw some improvements after the first 2 months but relapsed and it put me pretty far back.
