Are there any deficiency's I should be tested for to determine why I can't grow a beard, slow dick development as a teen, high prolactin levels,I was on accutane at 16 or 17 years old for a while and had white marks all over my finger nails which I know can be caused by a nutrition deficiency I also smoked weed from an early age.

White spots are sometimes a mineral deficiency.
I take it you are looking at why your test level is low . So possibly zinc . Talk to your medical people.

Smoking weed shrinks the testicles.
Vitamin D3, Zinc, magnesium, iodine, manganese, selenium, vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin K2, boron, Nitric oxide are all important for testicle health.
Deficiencies are mostly vitamin D3 and Magnesium, and too lesser extent zinc and iodine. The other nutrients can also become deficient in people because of lack of proper diet.
Visit your doctor and ask him, and/or if you'd really want to consider visiting a nutritionist/orthomolecular therapist/naturopath.

So, lifestyle change *may* be in order. Here is what I mean by that:
Nutrition is one of the biggest things to we humans can do to improve our experience on this planet. Getting a really well-balanced nutrition - with respect to both macro-nutrients and micro-nutrients - can make all the difference in the world. Generally speaking, if we are lacking something then our body is really good at telling us. The issue is, we humans don't always hear that message. Or, if we do "hear" it then we often do not know how to translate it.
I do not EVER go to the doctors. So, I am a hypocrite for making this suggestion. Go to the doctor's. Get all of your blood work done. Tell them that you are interested in a general overall health disgnosis and mention to them that you are curious as to why you can not grow a beard (leave out the other stuff) and that you would like a "palette of blood work" done. In other words, checking for anything and everything. Check with your insurance provider first! So, essentially what Nikitis stated.
Now, how do you know that you have a high level of prolactin? Do you have a very high refractory period?
Keep in mind that the human body is an amazing set of systems. I mean, think about all of the things that happen in our bodies. Think of how absolutely simple it is.......yet, how unbelievably complex everything is. There is a balance that needs to be maintained. If we increase something (read: ingest a little bit too much of something) then our body responds in some way....we do not always understand the cause/effect but our body does indeed tell us.
There are some things that the body can do on its own (normally speaking) and there are some things that the body can not do on it own (and that is where we provide that external source of whatever). And, everyone is different. We are all the same.....but we are all vastly different.
Good question. Props to you for asking. Now, take the next logical step and go to the doctor's and have a conversation and have them run the appropriate tests.
Have no fear there. The worst thing that can happen is that you find out that there is an issue, right? But, the blessing is that you NOW KNOW and, because of that, can do something about it. I would so much rather know and be in a position to do something to correct whatever issue than blissfully live in ignorance and drop dead one day in the gym! That would be a very uncool thing to do to all those people in that gym!Start: August, 2017

Also growing a beard may not be about nutrition. Some can't ever grow a good beard. Depending on your ancestry it may never be possible.

Agreed (on the beard | nutrition comment). On that I am thinking more hormones. However, in an indirect way, nutrition can affect that! How? Well, you can affect - positively or negatively - your hormones based on your nutrition, right? Specifically, the amount of good, healthy fats in your nutrition.....
But, yes - agree 100%Start: August, 2017
