where can you get Pygeum?? Can't seem to find it!!
I have also purchased some soya Lecithin- Only had that for a day or two but I abstained, tried it out..wow, think that zinc has kicked in

Pumpkin Seeds seems to works. I heard of this from this forum. Not sure how it compares to the other products mentioned.

Intriguing stuff
I can safely say zinc and Licithum work...can't remember that spelling sorry
They're cheap, and will last you a good 30 days if not much longer
One thing though, I wanna know if someone knows anything
with these "licithum soya" tabs I got, it says you can take up to 3 a day, I'm taking two, anyone tried 3 before?
