I take 2-3000 mg of sunflower lecithin, muscle tech platinum vitamins ,2000 mg of l-aringine (twice daily) and collagen 1,2,3. I don't drink all that much water and drink at least 1-2 rock stars aday. Since I've started this my wife say "I made a mess in her pussy" and this can be 3 days in a row. Before this supplement routine I'd have to wait 3 days to get a decent load and no where near it is now.

Yes it's also good for focus. However, if you are someone prone to acne or breakouts, this may make it worse. I've tested Tribulus many times and I found that it gives me the worst under-the-skin cysts and I don't typically have acne. Just a side effect to make note of. I have used Vitamin E before and within two days have noticed a significantly larger and thicker amount of semen.

Yes it's also good for focus. However, if you are someone prone to acne or breakouts, this may make it worse. Im currently taking 15g of tribulus daily for 7 days , this is my last week on cyclus and i dont have any problems with acne and im the one who cant eat/drink milk products because of acne . I guess everything what supports production of testosterone can help semen .
