Today I did 20 Uli V-jelqs with a really low erection level. Maybe 20-30% erection. They really engorged my shaft, especially near the base. I have never actually had that kind of a base fatness before. For example, Slammers engorge the shaft under glans and in the middle of the shaft but not so much at the base. So it was all new and wonderful!
I also tried few with a higher erection level, around 80%. I did only 5 and I felt my unit getting tired. Seriously, these babies are staying in my routine.

I picked up a cable clamp and gave your exercise a shot using it at the base instead of doing the Uli. I liked it. I kept it real loose, but tight enough to keep my engorged. (Is there a difference between fully engorged and fully erect? I am starting to think there is)
I tried it at low EQ and high EQ. Both were good. FYI: THe high EQ scared me a little because of the intense pressure.
Then I finished with a clamping session with some edging. I was slightly sore the next day. Maybe this was too much, or just right. I wasn't in pain, but my guy felt like he was tired... kind of like an all day sex marathon with the lady.
One more thing, it felt thicker the next day. The flacid hang was great.

I havent been able to do pe for over a week. And I'm very much annoyed that I havent been able to do my new favourite exercise.
KP, can I trouble you for an advanced routine incorporating this exercise with girth being the goal?

Hey Kingpole,
How do you do the V-Jelqs? Do you do position your hand underneath the shaft with the underside of the penis between the fingers, do you position the hand above the penis and put the cleft of the fingers on top the penis, or do you angle your hand sideways so that the penis's side is between the fingers?My Progress Log: https://www.pegym.com/forums/progres...gress-log.html
