Whats a uli grip?
You put the ok grip at base of penis as deep as you can without pain(so you get more of shaft). Then tighten grips, its like starting a jelq but instead of going upwards, you close grip more. If you feel pain stop, it is suggest as a more advanced exercise(even more so when combined with v jelq). If you haven't been into it for long, I'd wait. If you have, don't hurt yourself:)
I haven't understood very well how to perform a V grip... could you more experienced trainers explain it ti me please?
what's your routine Kingpole?? how many reps you do in a session? do you mix this exercise whìith others?
I really want to give these a shot. Did you have good experience with the Uli + V jelq, Kingpole?
