Yesterday, I did 20 minutes of the AM stuff, then got a wild hair and clamped for a few minutes. Just one at the base, one about mid shaft and then did some plumped bends, kind of exerting pressure against the edges of the clamp. Then a couple minutes each way, horizontal, and then vertical, of squeezing with my old "tiger trap". Then another 10 minutes of AM exercises. Really wish I had more of a strategy in place workout wise, but maybe just fumbling about will give me a better idea.
