    Did my first workout with it last night after my regular stretching. Woke up during the night with an uncomfortable erection, and was still somewhat uncomfortable in the morning. I'm gonna give it at least a week and see what effect it has along with my regular stuff.

    Heheheh, yeah, it seems like a stupid exercise, I thought it wasn't doing a damn thing til morning two or three, and then I was like "What!?,where did this come from?". Now I'm trying to figure out how to get maximum gains from it.

    How long did it take for you to feel your heartbeat? I just finished my fourth AM session, and even though I see a slight increase in veinage when I'm done, no pulsing heartbeat yet.

    I still don't get the heartbeat every workout, though it does happen more often. I think the first time was probably after a week. And I had to really try to feel it. Sometimes I can actually see my pulse looking at my glans. It actually pulses bigger and smaller. Just be patient, it will happen.

    Alright, thanks. I did go back and watch the video again to see if I was doing something incorrectly. I'm definitely going too slow on the BE part, and not quite long enough on the PR, so I'll fix those things. I also need to set up a timer so I can free my thoughts from counting.

    Yeah, I have a stopwatch now, but still find myself counting "one Mississippi, two Mississippi..." , but if I lose count it doesn't matter. Keep on twiddlin' your thumbs I guess.

    It's just harder to keep my erection when I'm focusing on technique and counting.

    Alright, so I fixed my mistakes and got a good workout last night. I couldn't feel my pulse, but I could see my dick jumping with it. Got done, put on my ring, and went about my business. About an hour later, I decided to do some edging with the ring on. It felt fatter than ever, so I took a quick girth measurement... 5 5/8! That's the biggest girth I've ever had in my life by 1/8"! Usually, I get to 5 1/2 while edging in the ring.

    I hope it translates to real gains instead of just a temporary effect.

    Awesome sauce! Temporary gains are the first step to permanent gains. I'm still wondering what sort of other PE methods I should incorporate.
