My mistake. It was his original thread at Thunders. About halfway down page 2, he says "This should be done everyday. Blood vessel stimulation must occur nearly every 8 to 14 hours to encourage the body to maintain collateral vessels."

Huh, so are people doing this exercise twice a day?

Several pages later he states that he himself never performed the exercise any more frequently than once every twenty four hours. This after I had performed two thirty minute workouts per day for almost a week, which crashed my EQ pretty hard. So ease into it if you want to do two per day. I'm a little surprised that my EQ didn't crash harder, or at least sooner.

Just doing the full workout crashed me. I did better when I played it by ear and listened to my dick. I think I did half the routine for the first two days: 2 BEs, 1 PR, 1 BE, 1 PR, and a BE to finish. And I wasn't even doing the pyramid rushes for the full duration.
I think starting light and building up, like any training program, is a smart way to go.

Yeah, you're on the right path. Because it didn't leave me feeling fatigued, I would just go until I got floppy, get hard again, and go at it again. Which was not very smart. Now I will go for thirty if I can, but if my erection craps out at twenty or twenty five minutes, I just call that a workout. Also, I wake up regularly with morning wood, so if I wake up and don't have an erection, I just take that day off.

Did a short workout today, and feeling pretty good. Reading your AM log, I doubt that I'll bother with doing the entire prescribed workout again. It seemed like the best EQ you had followed your shorter workouts, and I think I might know why. (Caveat: I could simply be wrong about the whole thing, but I haven't seen anything that would prove me wrong... yet) but anyway, here goes:
As intermittant hypoxia goes, this method is extremely intense. Were talking damn-near-zero-oxygen-for-five-minutes intense, and for five or six bouts. In standard IH, they only use light restriction for that duration and rounds, and they get good results from it. Again, I have to bring up holding your breath with empty lungs vs full lungs. Its just that much more intense, so l think that either the duration of each round or the number of rounds should be reduced. l do agree with the higher frequency (every ~12hrs) for max angiogenesis stimulation, but at the reduced intensity.
I did 2 BE, 1 PR, 1 BE, 1PR, 1 BE today and could feel and see my heartbeat not only from the jumping, but in the veins themselves. That, of course, indicates stimulation has occurred from roughly 12 minutes of the exercise. I think I might try this twice a day for a few days and see what my EQ looks like. I'll be doing my regular heating and stretching as well. But my thinking is that the high intensity for fewer rounds done more frequently will have a higher payoff than taking it to the limit less frequently. If I still don't get the EQ uptick I'm looking for, I'll reduce it even further to 3 minute PR rounds and see how that goes.
Once again, l think this method has a lot of merit. It just needs to be refined, and I think "minimum effective dose" is a good starting point. After that, seeing what exercises would be good in combination with it would be a good idea. I have some ideas already, but l want to nail down the AM "MED" first.

Been doing the short workouts twice a day since Sunday night. EQ was great with morning wood this morning, but I didn't have even enough time to get in a good short one, so I winged it and did 6 high-gear 30 second rushes with just enough time in between to get good and hard again. You have to try that. EQ bounced back stronger each time. I swear, the less time I spend on a session of AM, the better it gets.
