    That is very interesting. I have been shooting for thirty minutes once a day, but I'm very tempted to try your routine. May have to give it a go. Two days ago I did about a forty minute workout, first thing in the morning. Then three or four hours later just got an erection, not to work out, so much as to see what my EQ would be like a few hours after a long session like that. It was fine. Really veiny just like at the end of a workout. And it seemed to re-juice my flaccid so that it was hanging heavy for he next few hours. Maybe shorter workouts, performed more often will be the secret to MASSIVE GAINZ. We shall see.

    It could also be a combination of long, intense sessions and several short re-stims in between, especially if you're not doing any other PE.

    I've noticed that as I progress with AM, PR stage 1 has become "boring" for me (almost a boner killer), stage 2 is my restim period, and stage 3 brings me almost to climax. I've modified my routine to do roughly half of PR stage 1 and allocating the other half to stages 2 and 3. Lately I have been spending more time on stage 3, and, GOOD GOD, where did this cock come from? I've never felt so cramped in underwear before.

    That's awesome. I don't personally get any stimulus out of 1 or 2, but sometimes on stage 3 I have to take a break to avoid climax.

    I'd be interested to see how you progressed to this point and any issues you had with it early on. Also, what kind of gains you've gotten from it.

    Hmm, I have had to stop myself my last two workouts when I hit the highest speed of the PR, as it makes me feel like I'm going to ejaculate. And that is new, for me. I have a hard time determining how much time I've spent at 90% or higher erection out of my total time. I know when it dips down less than 70% I re-stimulate it until it is hard again, and that doesn't take long. I try not to worry about it while working out as I don't want to be distracted and possibly further decrease my erection.

    I woke up this morning to titanium wood, and since I couldn't get my husband up, I did a session right next to him. That kid can sleep through anything. I'm sitting here with my junk hanging plump and free and a dull throbbing deep inside the base.

    I had issues early on from what I conclude as poor form and overexertion. I am still feeling the effects of benzodiazepine withdrawal, so I can't confidently attribute each measure of progress to AM. In the beginning, I aimed for 30 minutes with the mindset of pushing through no matter what. Big mistake as I could complete BE just fine, but PR stage 1 caused me to go limp. I didn't find AM pleasurable nor did I complete a routine without feeling fatigued, so I knew I had to adjust.

    I began applying less pressure to where it felt pleasurable. For me that pressure feels like a light downward caress in one fluid motion until I hit the base of my cock. This allowed me to eliminate lube. With the applied pressure improved, my cock began responding more positively by staying erect for the whole session, but I wasn't able to sustain a full erection. I also found it difficult to restimulate to at least 80% EQ. I noticed my balls didn't hang low when doing AM sessions, so I added 2-3 minutes of Hindi squats as a warmup. That's when everything aligned to get me to where I am now.

    Pre-routine: Stretching/PF relaxation

    Routine
    Pressure: Light, light, light
    Time: No longer keep track; varies according to how my body responds during session, anywhere from 5-20 minutes
    Set progression: BE, 2-5 sets; PR, 2-5 sets
    PR progression: Stage 1, enough to feel blood moving
    Stage 2, enough to get to 100% erect
    Stage 3, enough to stay 100% erect; move to Stage 2 as pre-cum increases and can sense PONR

    Yes, this sensation of pending ejaculation is a complete change from when I first started! It's as if my cock wants me to hurry up to PR stages 2 and 3 (stage 3 especially). Sometimes it feels like 100 years pass by while doing stage 3 because I am super horny, super hard, and super lubed up from pre-cum. I have never had much pre-cum, but when I am in the AM zone, my body wants to explode but my mind doesn't let it.

    Any idea why you are starting to feel like you are about to cum now?

    Very informative. Thank you. So I'm assuming you don't do kegels during the PRs? I've been holding a kegel for the duration of my rushes and relaxing or RKing during the breaks, and it seems to be doing ok for me, but l haven't been doing AM for nearly as long as you.

    Great to see some bio-feedback cues as well, instead of just sets and minutes
