I think it is basically an old exercise, called "erect bends", which is a bit of a misnomer, as they are actually more accurately called "chubbed bends" or maybe "50-60 percent erect bends". It's just bending your dick back and forth at a very low level of erection. Which according to JB will cause "calcium triggering" in the smooth muscle, which will grow your penis 6 cubic inches in just six weeks. I just can't....even.....

LOL! Yeah, it seems eerily familiar. I just did a 3-set session and I could feel it in my "partial engorgement."
His claims have an increasing marketing slant to them. I can accept the tall claims -- for now -- since AM has given me that feeling of vitality I haven't felt since college. Maybe if I could grow chest hair I could gain 27 cubic inches in 9 days.
I'm giving it a go, at 1 on/2 off. I didn't experience any negative PIs, so here I am again as a guinea pig.

Yeah, the AM has definitely given me some positive effects, but there is something wrong with that guy. He just comes off as a salesman. At first I was just sure after a week or two he would start to PM people offering them some super secret new route to gains for just a few extra dollars. It never happened though. Meanwhile his claims and theories about penis growth just get continually weirder and weirder. I no longer post in the "Grow your own Blood Vessels" thread on Thunder's, as I actually went off on JB and said "That's it, I'm done with this thread" one day when he was being extra passive aggressive with a member who asked a very straightforward question. But I keep peaking in there. It's like a sickness. And I keep twiddlin' my thumbs on my penis, and having really crazy erections, so, what can you do? We are all flawed, that's just part of being human.

So after only 1 data point, which was my Sunday start of The Fulcrum/Plumped Bends: I have been having to conceal my spontaneous erections since the Monday after I did my first session. The frequency and intensity continues to build. I still haven't measured, but cock rings and underwear are becoming uncomfortable.
I'm about to do an AM session with TF/PBs.

Well, gentlemen, I finished my PB-AM session, and the best way I can describe how my cock feels is it feels bigger than it looks. It feels bigger in my hand. It feels bigger when I slap it against my thigh. It feels heavier when doing a hands-free helicopter. When I get hard, it feels like my cock wants to expand in every direction but it doesn't have room. It is hard not measuring for at least 90 days.
I did 3 sets of PBs followed by AM. Each PB set consisted of 10 3-second bends and 1 30-second bend per side. I grabbed the base with one hand while the other cupped the head and the rest of the shaft so that both thumbs met. When I performed the bend, I did it so that the thumbs still met. I opened my hands wide enough apart so that the stretch felt tight but not enough to feel pain. I can see how easy it would be to cause pain.
After the PBs my cock started to inflate so I lubed up and began AM. I keep saying how each session brings me to new heights and this one did. I did not have to restimulate at all. PR stage 1, which I called boring a few days ago, I was already producing pre-cum. I released my cock from my hands a few times and the heartbeat was so prominent I thought I had reached PONR. Another first is that I felt detached from my body, the way I do when edging and barely missing PONR.
The only measurements I am taking are of my body as I am in a slow cutting phase. There have been no significant changes in diet, exercise, sleep, personal life, work life, or any other facet of my life.
I don't know what's going on, but I like it. If I happen to gain, then I will delve into the science but for now I am going to continue being ignorant of what I am doing and rely on how my body responds. If I have sustained injuries, they have not surfaced to the point of being concerned.

I don't think that much science exists relevant to how this all works. It is all speculation. But I think you are on the right path.

04Aug18: 7.375x5.5
12Sep18: 7.5x5.375 (haven't had time for ULIs)
Goal: 7.5-8 x 5.5-6. Almost there!

I been messing with it a little. By a little I mean bending it one way for ten seconds, then the other way for ten seconds, then returning to AM exercises. So no noticeable gains, but none are really to be expected. This is more just getting a feel for how to best do the exercise, and what erection level feels like the best to perform bends at.
