I recently realised what might be causing my complete lack of erections. I have been sitting slouching ( like a C shape instead of the proper L) for years now. And thought that since the BC muscule is located at the tail bone (which faces inside) and sitting that way can shorten the BC. I started doing some PE and had a tight BC too but with RK and squatting it got looser (but still lack of good EQ). Also my lower body looks weird when standing, like a posterior tilt but not quite (it would make sense that the PC is shortened since the tail bone seems to be aiming inside). I tried the squat but it seems to be targeting the BC not the PC. Is there anything I can do to stretch out the PC? ( back RK starts hurting the tail bone after a bit)
