BIB's technique makes perfect sense. However, as mentioned before, THERE IS a genetic limit. Just like working out at the gym, muscles have a natural genetic limit growth. That's why bodybuilders for example, need to use Anabolic Steroids to bring growth to a new beyond genetics stage. My penis is about 40% inside and 60% outside.
The Tunica size, will be determined by genetics. Just like every muscle in the body, the number of muscle fibers in each muscle group comes programmed in the DNA software. Connective tissue is the same. The amount of collagen fibers and elastic fibers is determined genetically. They can grow in size and strength, but they do not replicate as a response to exercise. The growth in size and strength, is induced during puberty and adolescence due to the hormonal environment and use. Use in those years, is equivalent to exercise. During puberty, the body has high amounts of Testosterone and DHT. Growth hormone is available in high amounts too, making th whole body grow. As the body grows, more blood is created, increasing pressure in the penis. Thanks to DHT and androgen receptors, the penis expand and grow to create proper space for the new pressure. After adolescence, hormone levels are stabilized, and no more gains are achieved. That's where PE comes to play.

Thank you Blancodb!
not2big, do not be disappointed. With PE, the Tunica DOES grow. What I am exposing in this thread, is the next step after you reach your genetic potential. And that's why I use the gym example.
If you start working out constantly and disciplined at the gym, with proper nutrition, you can put 10 pounds of solid muscle your first year. The second year with the same discipline, maybe 6 pounds. But that doesn't mean you will keep adding the same weight each year while working out with the same discipline. If you do the math, at 6 pounds a year you would have put 60 pounds of pure solid muscle in your body. And as we know, it is impossible. It doesn't work that way. It is limited by genetics. Is the way the carbon unit behaves in this gravitational environment at this dimension of time and space at a molecular level.
However, you would have made great gains and changes in your body those first two years. In PE is the same. Proper routine of stretches and hanging (and others) will make your tunica grow bigger and stronger fibers. But just like the previous example, you will gain maybe 1-2 inches at most during 3-5 years. That is on average. Others can gain maybe more, and others less. It all depends on the instructions encoded in the DNA routines. And that is the point where I am researching now. How to target the tunica once genetic potential has been reached. exercise wise, seems like there's not too many options, unless we discover some radical ways to exercise it. Chemically, it is possible, but of course there is limited information available. I am working on it, and I will make it. I will find the way to promote cell replication of collagen and elastic fibers. I have researched a lot, now I am starting to put together the pieces of a giant puzzle.

Thanks Jackxxx. I now understand. For a moment I was considering giving up my extender. As long as there is hope for at least 1/2 inch +, I am willing to put in the time.

Oh yeah, do not give up! keep going! it is a slow long process but it works. You will only be able to determine if you've reached your genetic limit once gains stop after years. I started PE in 1999, so my conscious brain can pretty much produce an accurate self-diagnosis report of results, and projected gains in the future.

DLD over at MOS says that an extender is one of the best ways to break down a tough tunica
