Has anybody measured changes in Tunica growth? If so, besides hanging, what exercises could really expand the Tunica size? The tunica is a very complex material. It seems to have a limit of elasticity and expansion, but beyond that, is cannot be stretched, unless plastic deformation is reached, but that equals to damage. In order to make the Tunica grow, the only way would be increasing the amount of collagen and elastic fibers in it.
The example of the bike tire works great. The tire, you can stretch it, but if you keep pumping air, it will explode. It won't grow. The only way to have a bigger tire, it would be adding more rubber in the material.

I have found some success using low weight for extended periods. It actually seems to aid in girth. An example: At night, I wear 1 pe weight (thanks Monty), lay on my side, and pull my penis between my legs and backwards. This leaves my penis hanging over my thigh, and down. To avoid touching the mattress I give my penis a couple of twists. Then I sleep that way.

The tunica is a touchy subject. The thing is, if you pull on the tunica, you'll make it longer but thinner. It's like a cylinder that you pull on...the more you pull, the longer it gets, but the thinner it gets, also.
So if you were to push the tunica in on itself, it would be shorter but it would expand. What I do for my tunica is this:
1)Tunica tug (ok grip at glans and at base...pull both grips away from each other). Do this till the tunica is well stretched.
2)Reverse tunica compress (ok grip at glans and at base...push both grips into each other...) this exercise is like a bastardized version of an O bend. Its not effective enough on its own.
3)Flaccid bends/o bends/squeezes/slinky bend and erect Ulis.
This will work the tunica in all ways possible (length wise and volume wise). With the squeezing, you are forcing the tunica to expand (like as if you were expanding the diameter in a cercle, increasing the circumference).
But collagen and elastic fibers are tricky. You have to be at the right temperature and use the appropriate force in order for it to expand, or else it'll react defensively and turtle up on you.Starting stats: October 15th, 2008 - NBPEL: 6.25' EG: 5.00'
Current stats October 15th, 2009 - (100% erection) NBPEL: 7.20' EG: 5.375'
Goal: NBPEL: 8' EG: 6' (objective: girth)

Interesting. Thanks for the info!!
However my concern, goes to a scientific point. And the best way to put it easy, is with the bike tire example. The outer tire, you can stretch it, bend it, it will increase length but it will become thinner, it will be easier at higher temperatures, however, it has its own elastic limit. You cannot pass that point. No matter how much you stretch it, it could stay that way temporarily, but eventually, goes back to its original shape. The ONLY way to increase the circumference of a tire, would be adding more tire. If not, there is only one extreme way: plastic deformation. But at that point, we are talking about permanent "damage". Is no an actual effective enlargement.
That is the situation we have with the tunica. It is a complex mesh of collagen and elastic fibers interlocked each other. Connective tissue. No matter how much you stretch them, they always go back to their original shape. The only way to make he tunica grow, would be: making the actual fibers grow, which has a genetic limit just like your muscles under weight training, and through cell replication. Multiplying the amount of fibers. Both methods require genetic modification of the carbon unit, and that's why I am researching stem cell technology.

Tunica is the penile muscle tissue right?

What would you do with stem cell technology? Where would you get the cells, how would they be harvested, how and where would you implnat them.I think your thought process is about 100 years in the future but I geuss if you want to start now? Are you a biochemist or something along that line?

Yeah it's really difficult to gain erect length mainly b/c of the tunica. One quote that comes to mind is "ride the fatigue" - this is Bib's advice and applies to hanging. He said that riding on the edge of the fatigue, meaning not overtraining but having a slight post PE soreness is effectively forcing the tissues to rebuild themselves both larger and 'stretchier'.
Also, us PE'ers can't forget about the other 2/3 of the penis which is actually INSIDE the body, that needs to be stretched too and plenty of exercizes have been designed for that.

Starting Size (09/2009): ~7"BPEL x ~5" MSEG
Most Recent Measurement (08/13/2012): 8"BPEL x 5.5"MSEG
Final Goal: When I'm told to stop.
