That's interesting. I saw the video on Jai stretches, and they really don't look like much. People have said good things though, so I still recommend them to newbies asking for more stretches they can do.
Anyway, the kind of feedback I'm looking for especially in this thread is:
1-personal experience; e.g. if your girth is 6"+ did it interfere with length gains
2-were you able to do clamping, horse 440s, etc & gain a lot of girth, then go back & get 1"+ or more of length no problem

I don't know how it's even possible to gain only one and not the other. For me growth has been three-dimensional for these first two months. (using an extender)
Maybe later on I'll experience something different?

You are I have lucked out in this regard, Raphael. Some people experience much more gain in one area than in the other. I'm sure there are multiple factors involved here--too many to recount.

I think guys who have girth 5.8+ girth should focus mainly on streches.Below 15%.
Jelquing- i think flaccid jelqs would be a good idea

I'd be interested how big of a factor the method of PE is. What I see is that penis extenders and weight hanging results in length gains and girth gains in a ratio of about 2:1. Maybe clamping leads to 0:1, pumping to 1:1... I dunno! I'd just say never give up! I'm sure there's always gonna be a way for you to increase your girth until you've reached your goal! I like to believe that PE is like the other PE (physical education
): you get out of it what you put into it. I think that's probably the only thing close to being fair in life; the more you work on yourself the better you get.

Im having trouble gaining length. Ive gained over an inch in girth but no length, I warm up with a warm flannel a heat pad and helicopter shakes, and stretch for 10 mins 3 days a week? Any Ideas?

Helpmegetbig, try my routine in the penis enlargement section, it is working great for me, I'm doing strictly stretches. My penis is 6" for eg and ive had no luck pursuing length gains till I came up with my program

alright even though I'm a newbie.. i do have some input. I don't have number's to back up my experience but here it is anyways. I've been strictly PEing for about 15 days. But before that ive played around with jelqing now and then. I would jelq for a week and then stop. then again after a few weeks and then stop. Most i've jelqed for is 2 weeks. But eventually i did seem a little thicker and heavier. I measure my length and it was the same. then i measured my girth for the first time ever and it was 5". i don't know if that is average or what but it definitely seemed fatter than it ever had been before.
