so with all that being said could someone please direct me to a good length thread? Ive been Pe'ing for 6 months jelqing and stretching and have gained an inch in length along with some girth gains but am no where near my lengths goals still chasing another 2 inches in that department. Im going to concentrate on length alone for a few months and see the results somethings tells me its going to be good.
Even if someone could advise on some good stretching equipment as i've never used that stuff before but i think its time

Very good article! Im currently doing Big Al´s Jelq Free routine consisting of squeezes, side-to-side stretches and edging. Is it a more girth focused routine or length focused routine?? If I want to gain serious erect length, should I continue with this routine or should I do ONLY stretches?

Any type of stretch would do for length. If you like devices, extenders or hangers are a good investment. Also, if you have another question like this, please do a google search, followed by pe gym, or use our search engine on site. We have a lot of threads about length, but this thread is specifically about PE science of length before girth.

It is supposed to be for both length and girth. Some gain in one area or the other, or both, just depends on the person. Different people will advocate different things, some will claim that doing both girth and length in a routine in best, even if you just want length. Others will say that you should only do length first until you reach your goals in a routine. Find out what suits you best, as there is no objective answer to this question.

I want to stress the importance of what Kickinthemebs just posted. This has to be for you. What I do will never correlate to another. That being said reading what others do gives us things to start with, and then improve on for ourselves. I often cringe when I post some of the crazy shit I have tried on my penis. Then to think someone else may copy it blindly made me not post routines or gains for years. We each have to do what works for us. I for one advocate doing both length and girth work simultaneously. I think the jelq should never be dropped from a routine. These are things that have proven true for my penis. Please spend the time with your penis to find the things that work best for you.
Then share your results with us as we can consider your results and whether something might work for us. You are responsible for you. I am responsible for me. We can learn from each other.ALL THE WAY WITH GOOD OLE JAY!
