Thread: PE vs testosterone vs dht?
- 09-04-2010 #31
I think other people haven't answered because this type of thing is not common knowledge among the pe crowd (if it was really common knowledge I think I would know).
I haven't studied chemical PE--this is partly why I am sure.

I agree, I am getting frustrated because I cannot answer the guys question properly. But then again, I don't think many people could & actually back it up with proof.
Because most of the information about the effects of Propecia will be expressed in terms of loss of erection rather than size loss. Therefore the most relevant information is going to be anecdotal from guys that have taken it.
I think many guys loose penis size as they hit middle age & beyond but it is not talked about. But guys doing PE continue to gain & do not seem to loose size.
Edging is supposed to work by increasing DHT locally.Last edited by vulcan; 09-04-2010 at 06:20 PM.

No worries--a lot of PE is theory. In this discipline anecdotal evidence is often all we have, so for me its enough.
Especially considering it's that or nothing (anecdotal evidence or pure speculation... I'll take anecdotal).

vulcan, of course i have readed it, the topic was created by me
Do you mean that PE when you gain lenght you are just pushing your ligaments? Like when you have surgery that they cut them and they become more weak?
PE is talked by so many people, someone should know that. until now we know dht is important for girth gains? this means more dht more gains? Block dht, less dht, less gains?
Even the administrator Big Al, stopped answering this topic...

Length gains come from both ligament stretch or tunica stretch. I think that ligament stretch will be less affected (if at all) by DHT either way - cannot prove again, but it would make sense to me.

It is possible to contact any Pharma company & ask to speak to their Medical information Dept & ask for information on adverse reactions & data etc. They will respond to you - they have to/can be punished for ignoring these requests (at least in the UK, so I assume globally).
If I experienced penile atrophy - I would surely report it. Would I say to my Dr that I was doing PE & my gains had slowed - possibly not! For that particular info, we are reliant upon PE practitioners to come forward.Vulcan

but you mean ligament stretch is Like when you have PE surgery that they cut them and they become longer but more weak?
Like i said i know the propecia side effects, and the only that matters is lowering dht. not atrophy, my dick works just fine
And i can't ask a doctor is this matter for PE, they don't know about it.
I just would like to know if the level of dht is important for the results of PE..
And i can't understand how not anybody else besides you give a comment.

So in PE the ligaments only become bigger and in surgery they cut them?
