I have come across this term a few times on this site.
What Does it mean? what causes it? why it has to be avoided?
I could not see in the glossary.
May be it is a common word in American English. I have not heard it before.

soody,
in PE turtling is when your penis retracts (shrinks). A lot of the time guys' penises turtle after their workouts and some people in the PE community think that it's best to use methods such as an ADS (all day stretch) to avoid letting your penis turtle. I don't really know if avoiding turtling makes a big difference or not. i havent really consistently experimented with my own training.

I'll add that to the glossary now. Beaver, you mind if I partially use your informative answer?

Beaver
Thank you. That was a good piece of information.
I used to have turtling sometime but since PE I am having it much much less frequently. So I assume it is a good sign for me. I am taking PE as directed and do not exert myself.
once again thanks.

I too very rarely turtle anymore...and I only have 4 PE (jelqing) sessions under my belt. I hope that's a good sign of potential growth ability!?!

Thank you fitboy. It is reassuring for me.
Though it is needless to think but I wonder why I used to have this on and off. It is normal.
