    1000th of an inch i guess.. 16ths of an inch turned to decimals if it wasn't answered :]

    anyway.. the penis has collagen in it.. collagen can be liquefied.. so in theory (according to my current knowledge).... it should be straight forward to enlarge the penis:

    Liquefy collagen via injection or whatever means... keep it in a soft/liquid like state.
    Apply steady constant traction to the collagen containing areas for a period of time.. keep the penis in a new enlarged state made possible by the softer collagen
    Solidify the collagen via some means
    remove the traction 'Cast' after a period of time
    Repeat as necessary.

    Can anyone point out a solid reason why this could not work?

    Funny that you should start this thread now. I have tried to cool down a couple times and got the shrivels. I was just reading in "The Book" again about it and was thinking about trying it again. Great timing.

    So, is this correct?

    1. Do a hot warm up. The hotter the better because it allows the tissues to stretch farther. Obviously don't burn yourself.
    2. Do your Stretches. Keep constant tension. If possible, continue to add head throughout the stretching session.
    3. Do a cool down by keeping your penis in a stretched state and then apply cool water or a cool wrap.

    How cold should the cool down be? Room temp, cool or cold?

    I'm going to start doing the cooling with ice packs while I'm traction wrapped.We'll see what happens.

    I think I'm getting a different impression from reading the pieces. Basically, I see it that you want to heat it up as normal, stretch, and since it is only more pliable at a temperature of 140 degrees, you don't really have to apply an ice wrap or cold water to it, just hold the stretch for maybe a minute or two, so the temperature is normal again, not overly cold.

    But it's 6 am and I haven't slept so I could be way off. Cold water/ice wraps make your vessels constrict, so I have a hard time believing it would make things look bigger.
