im going to stick to what 411 says, ill try to increase 5 minutes each week and see how my penis responds. Listening to your P.I's are a must for growth, especially for me who it seems that even adding a new stretch starts to make my dick turtle.

Remember men that I had nothing but positive p.i's from the beginning to the end. I never had a "hard flaccid" or major severe turtling. I know I was lucky in this regard. If my beginners routine is too strenuous and if you get constant turtling, then you have to tweak your routine and approach it in a new way. So much of p.e. is trial and error. Listen to your body and your penis and respond accordingly. It's important to start a work-out with a (at the least) normal flaccid penis if not a flushed flaccid one. I think the long (15 to 20 minute) warm-up was extremely important in my case. I did this every day since I practiced p.e. every day. If seven days a week is too much for you, then cut back. But be careful. Don't cut back too much. You don't want to give your cock the impression that you are not serious about this endeavor. Does your cock have a mind of its own? ...................It sure does!!!

I can only speak for myself with any certainty, but I strongly suspect that the vast majority of men are not going to be able to do PE for 3 or 4 hours a day without suffering negative PIs, even if their lives allowed them to do so.
I have tried various "shock routines" a few times that entailed multiple hours of hanging plus manual exercises sometimes with a couple of hours of stretching and four or five half hour sets of jelqing throughout the day. I have always had to stop after about a week or so due to either decreased EQ, or skin irritation, or both.

G4, so you did your jelqs first, then stretches AFTER? Did you do ANY stretches before the jelqs? What stretches did you do? What kind of jelqs did you do? And what kind of sets/reps/timings for those stretches and jelqs.
Apologies if a little off-topic, I'm just curious as to G4's amazing gains' routine as I am having trouble gaining length and my girth gains are more than my length even having done nothing but length exercises.Start: 26/06/10

I'm currently following KP's beginner to advanced-beginner routine. https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginne...r-routine.html I do the 'normal' stretches after warm-up, stretch to the left side kegel 20 times, then slow rotary stretches (10 circles clock-wise, then 10 anti-clockwise), to the right side, kegel, rotaries, stretch outwards (9.00), kegel, rotaries, stretch upwards (12.00), kegels, rotaries. Then onto the rest of KP's routine.
Start: 26/06/10
BPEL = 6.5"
MEG = 5.75"
