weed studies shows an increase in estrogen production, but this could be ont he right track, especially since it was a controlled setting/test

When you encounter more potent strains you simply have to show self control and smoke less. Meaning maybe instead of rolling a 1g joint, pack a 0.2g bowl.
I've been consuming cannabis nearly every day for about 3 years and have been an avid gym-goer the whole time. My max squat is 405 lbs, so if cannabis increases estrogen it must be a negligible amount.Last edited by eow.; 07-23-2012 at 12:36 PM.

I gave it up years ago following 20 years of everyday use starting in 1968. It gets boring and doesn't affect one the same. Now it just puts me to sleep. I don't miss it at all.

I use to smoke befolre the gym, the key is smoke then get to the gym right now. Dont sit around. I had some insane lifting while super stoned. I dont see anything wrong if it is not abused.I salute you on squating over 400 EOW.

I smoke daily and see steady gains. If anything I noticed awhile back that I can last much longer in bed when i'm high (not as much of a issue since starting PE).
Maybe its just based off the individual? Maybe it has to do with the fact I've smoked for years and it really doesn't effect me that way? Not sure.
Still best to stay off any mood altering drugs (easier say then done).
Also maybe the gains you were making the 1st month really just took awhile to start showing and having smoked or not had nothing to do with it.
