Well that is indeed a very old study. Everything has changed in a decade. Number one, if you look at the graphics, the increase from L-arginine compared to GHRP-2 is minimum. But the worst part, L-arginine was provided intravenous, and at a dose of 30 GRAMS over 30 minutes. That is a MASSIVE amount to achieve that little boost. Not to mention that the only L-arginine available today is oral, and the digestive system is not able to absorb everything. The highest over the counter L-arginine supps I've seen, provide 7-8 grams at most, which will make absolutely no difference in GH levels.
Number two, although GHRP-2 is still produced, is absolete. GHRP-6 is a much better option today, but still not even close to the benefits and effects of IM HGH.
So as an advice, don't waste your time and money. There is no such thing as oral HGH booster. ALL OF THEM are bullshit. Scam. The only way to have real benefits from increased HGH levels, is to inject the chemical everyday for a very long period of time. 6+ months.

Do people with acromegally (adult onset growth hormone excess) experience genital growth?
To recreate the effects of puberty would require much more than HGH I reckon. Other hormones and possibly genetic therapy to reset genetic timers could all play significant roles...Starting stats Nov 16 2010: BPEL 7" x MSEG ~4.9"

i personally think the right doses of the right hormones/steroids/peptites, really might jump start the pe revolution. are there ways of localizing the effects of hgh - transdermals creams or such - and isnt igf-1 metabolised in the liver from hgh? (might be incorrect on this one?) would an injection of ifg-1 be oil based or water based and how long does it stay localized? if you know more about this than me, fill me in i love this shit.
would one be able to inject igf directly into the penile tissue, say an hour before exercise? anyone tried this? i remember btufts was talking about that kind of shit. The force is strong with you young Skywalker. Obi Wan has trained you well.

Beginning with the onset of puberty, gonadotropin-releasing harmone (GnRH) is secreted and sets off a chain reaction of chemical messages. Inside the hypothalmus, nerve cells release GnRH in a 'round-the-clock,' pulsatile fashion. With each secretion, the pituitary gland is stimulated to secrete its own messengers, lutenizing harmone (LH) and follicle-stimulating harmone (FSH), directly into circulation. In turn, these rising levels of LH and FSH cause the testes to produce the sex harmoe tstosterone, the culprit responsible for the physical changes and emotional baggage of male puberty. After puberty, this process is not available and growth of the penis ceases.

i feel as though there is a way around this however. you speak about a chain of actions that lead to testosterone peoduction. leutinizing hormone can be produced artificially in order to say "cut off" the first half of that chain (GnRH). if you inject something that stimulates leutinizing hormone (as many HRT drugs probably can) then you dont need puberty to start the effects.

Correct. Well, LH is directly responsible for stimulating the testes to convert mostly cholesterol into Testosterone. Leydig cells are responsible for conversion. FSH is directly responsible in spermatogenesis in the reproductive system. Testosterone then converts to DHT, E1, E2, E3 and other hormones. The cease you mention is similar to what happens with height and growth hormone. As an adult, no matter how much HGH you inject, You will not grow taller. In the case of primary male characteristics, something similar happens but through a different mechanism. That is the mechanism WE WILL revert. As a first step, nobody has ever recreated completely the hormonal environment created at puberty. Is not a matter of just injecting testosterone, because the adult body will convert it to what the adult body is supposed to do. The key experiment would be supplying each hormone individually at the right dose. That way we would have a clear picture of the effects in the long term. minimum of 10 months.

No bro. First, yes there are medications available to supply the body with exogenous LH and FSH. However, too much of it, doesn't mean more Testosterone produced. Our carbon units are wonderful smart machines. As soon as the body detects a stable overdose of LH stimulating the testicles, the leydig cells responsible for cholesterol conversion into Testosterone, get desensitized. You will keep stimulating LH artificially and your body will produce even less testosterone. The only way is to supercharge the body with GnRh stimulating drugs, then Testosterone, HGH, DHT, LH+FSH (at right doses), etc.
