Could another important factor in growth hormone metabolism be the IGF binding proteins? Most doctors I know check for IGFBP-3, but when I skimmed over some information the levels of BP-1 and 2 were indicated in stages of puberty or something.

If anyone here is interested in naturally increasing hgh levels (and accompaning testosterone) you should look into the studies on interval sprint training.
Studies have proven that interval sprint training will increase hgh levels by up to 530% and hgh levels stay elevated for a few hours after training is completed.
Training protocol is basically something like you do half a dozen 6 second sprints and finish with one or two full out 100% effort 30 second sprints.
Warning, some studies have shown that consuming simple carbs before workouts (energy drinks before workouts are counterproductive for hormonal enhancement IMO) will blunt any hgh release.
You will need to spend time conditioning yourself to do a 100% thirty second sprint, especially uphill sprinting which is more effective than flatland. Total sprint workout should take less than 20 minutes, more is NOT better unless your looking for massive cortisol enhancement (catabolic pro-inflammitory).
I'm not sold on L-arginine ingestion for hgh considering the studies done which showing benifit involved intravenous administration of massive amounts, not popping a small amount like 3 grams into your mouth.

I completely agree with this. you should also avoid hgh sprays like the plague, they do absolutely nothing. I tried sytropin for like 2 weeks and it did nothing at all. By the way, these so called hgh products are just "releasers" which are supposed to encourage your brain to produce more hgh. Im sorry, but anything messing with your brain doesnt sound so great to me. my 2 cents for what its worth.

Heres an option for some if not all...Go to the doc and tell him/her that you have bad restless leg syndrome and that you would like to try Pramipexole hydrochloride AKA Mirapex (trade name)...Pramipexole has been proven to increase natural GH production by 400% with as little as .5mg dose. It also helps to limit prolactin production and decrease refractory periods in men, as an additional side note men with gynecomastia induced in part or in full by prolactin have reported a noticeable reduction and/or elimination of their gynecomastia with continued use of Prami. In addition, it can be bought for "research" purposes legally online. I have used both, and prefer the pill, the liquid is an option for those not willing to go to the doc, for me the pill is more practical. If anyone would like help with this PM me and i'll do what i can.

^No matter what, it's never a good idea to lie to a doctor to get a specific drug. Illegal too.

Prami has some bad side effects. I tried it before at 0.25mg a day, it was like living under anesthesia. Like dreaming awaken. In one hand, it was a beautiful peaceful sensation, completely relaxed and lazy, but too much. I had to drag myself out of the bed, I didn't have energy for anything. Not a good option to increase HGH. In that case you are better off injecting th real deal everyday. For prolactin levels the best medication is Dostinex (Cabaser, Cabergoline)
