This was'nt my personal doctor and his research focus was not on 'how to enlarge the penis' but on developing an understanding of why and how gender malfunction develops prenatal.

Hey Phallic from what I read is BPH? Benign Prostate Hypertrophy. That means it goes back to its original size once the agent is out of the body.

From what I read and a few assumptions, BPH is down to the genetic decrease of the T : DHT ratio and is at least controlled with DHT reducing drugs. Since the TCC would hopefully not outstay its welcome it might not be so bad.

TCC's effects seem to relate to changes generally attributed to DHT, which would include male pattern baldness. Though I assume rats don't suffer from baldness particularly, so it's a bit of an unknown. Penile growth seems to be the one permanent change, as opposed to baldness and BPH which are potentially reversible.

I'm losing faith in chemical PE.

Good post man, if a little depressing. I agree on the bodybuilder note particularly; if anything is going to happen we have to think differently to bodybuilding 'science'.

It may be that once you pass your early 20s, at the very latest, your potential is gone. Chemical PE may be best considered as an adjunct to manual PE. (I hope no one takes this as an excuse to be reckless with their hormones at a young age, it is massively complex and dangerous to fuck around with at any age.)

Maybe something like TCC can be the catalyst, but as you say it has only been tested on immature rats so we can't extrapolate and that's without even considering the differences in downregulation. I fear the answer will end up in the way of some distant genetic therapy, not in the realms of the at-home tinkerer.

Triclocarban , it's works only if you know how to use it !
For whose who have pure triclocarban they must know following the study on rats that they must combine it with testosterone , yes triclocarban increase or potentiate the effects of testo , use triclocarban with pure dmso to favorise penetration .
I've got some pure Triclocarban and dilute it in glycerin and dmso , all i can say it's works not phenomenal but enough , perhaps need to use it much long time then 15 days.

Dial soap has triclocarban at .30%-.60%. But I remember reading the negative effect of the active ingredient. I bought a 12 pack because I love the scent, but thew it away the remander after reading the article.

I know I'm jumping into this thread late, but what I'm understanding from the original post is that the rats were castrated while young and are test subjects for testosterone research. In this study, TCC enhanced the effects of injected testosterone and they saw remarkable reactions to the testosterone treatments. So unless you are preadolescent, or you were castrated young, or experienced low testosterone throughout your life or you are female; you're wasting your time. My understanding is that testosterone has to be converted to DHT which is the catalyst for penis and clitoris growth.

Honestly i would stay away from that sort of thing.

It has been found to be a hormone distributor, meaning it could either wreck your endocrine system forever or your hormones could drop or fall.. that stuff scares me.
