    Wood not only morning, but at all times during the night. I notice because sometimes I roll over and slightly wake up due to the pain from the rock hard erection. Also if I get relaxed and start getting sleepy at any time of the day, I start getting an erection automatically and won't go down unless I stand up and start moving around.

    alarm usually at 545 or earlier if I am going to do cardio

    I try to every day unless he is telling me not to. somtimes its just sore from a nice work out so i just try and keep it limber and get blood in there to help repair

    4. Lift and run about 3/4 of a mile 4-5 times a week

    - This varies between 10 PM and 11 PM, depending on the next day.

    2. Time you usually wake up(also do you wake up by yourself or use an alarm?)

    - Either 5:30 AM, 7 AM, or 8 AM. Again, depends on the day. I do use an alarm, but it's very common of me to wake up a minute or two before the alarm goes off.

    3. Do you sleep well or do you toss and turn throughout?

    - I do not sleep well. It's not uncommon for me to wake up suddenly twice during the night, and I often move around.

    4. Do you workout ( non-PE) consistently and how many times a week? (optional)

    - Yes, I do work out (non-PE). In one week, I will do 9 workouts. Four lifts (upper/lower/upper/lower), two agility conditioning sessions, and three speed training workouts.

    5. Age?(completely optional)

    - 22

    6. Consistent or inconsistent morning wood; or never?

    - Pretty much never. I'm fairly certain I get nightly erections, but I can't recall the last time I've woken up with a full-blown erection.

    2A.8-10am depending on when I have school that day. Always use an alarm except on weekends I sleep tell whenever. :P

    4A.I work out a minimum of 4 times a week up to everday depending on time.
    5Q. Age?(completely optional)

    6Q. Consistent or inconsistent morning wood; or never?
    6A. Consistent(Always) and typically if I wake up during the night I have on or I get one almost immediatly after waking up.

    3. Do you sleep well or do you toss and turn throughout? Bit trouble falling sleep, but once im out i'm out.
    4. Do you workout ( non-PE) consistently and how many times a week? (optional) lift 3 times a week, PE everyday or untill negative pi's so roughly 7 days a week for PE.
    5. Age?(completely optional) 23
    6. Consistent or inconsistent morning wood; or never? Very Inconsistent, about 8 times total a month spread out mostly on different weeks.
