    Yes; on average, 3 times a week.

    Consistent! (Almost every morning)

    Anyway nobody mention the morning wood because of the feeling of need to pee ?
    I notice that every morning that i've a wood it's because of the need to pee.
    If not then no morning wood.

    wake up : 5:00 am
    sleep like a tornado, mostly
    work out: usually 5 times a week,not as consistent the last month-working alot but i roof, physical every day
    age: 45
    morning wood: yep, just about every day.
